......of "Miss Estalee"

Estalee Pittman was born April 30th, 1927 . Walter Cleburne (Skeet) Potter was born February 1st, 1923 . On April 25th, 1944 , Estalee and Skeet were married. Eight children were born to Skeet and Estalee Potter. In March of 1964, Skeet Potter was killed in a one car accident. Estalee Potter took on the job of being both Father and Mother to her children. With devout Christian beliefs, Estalee Potter raised her children to believe that anything is possible when God is exalted through a personal relationship and belief in His son, Jesus. She taught that the only sure thing man has is his relationship with God and his word.  This is the legacy she left. Time will be the litmus that will prove the standard she raised.

In 1995, Rick Potter –the 5th child and 2nd son of Skeet and Estalee Potter – formed the business known as Potter Game Tables. Rick set out with one purpose in mind - to build the absolute best game/dining table on the market. His memory of the dining table is a place where families gather – first to thank God for His blessings and then to enjoy a meal together - away from the hectic pace of the work-a-day world. It is a place where you can discuss anything that concerns you with people that you love and trust – people who always have your best interest at heart. At other times it serves as a place for friends and family to gather for games like Monopoly or Spades. Along with the games come fellowship and laughter. A place where every once in a while someone would get their “tickle box” turned over which would produce belly busting laughs. These are the laughs that  chase away the cares of the world and bring families even closer together. At Potter Game Tables these are the kind of tables we envision. Tables that are priceless because of the value of the memories they produce. Tables that are of the highest quality, because your family and friends are the most important people in your life. Tables that will last through-out your lifetime and well beyond your children’s lifetime. Tables that become coveted heirlooms simply because they were part of the family.

At Potter Game Tables, we have well learned the lessons “Miss Estalee” taught. Treat everyone fairly, always make your word good, and above all – make God your most trusted friend. We think Mom would be proud of our Premier line of tables that carry her name.
